Mobile Emergency Triage (MET) Research Group

The aim of our research is to create a ubiquitous decision support environment (MET) for supporting rapid triage of children presenting to the Emergency Department with various acute conditions. As necessary requirements for supporting Emergency Department medical personnel in clinical triage decisions, MET should provide computing access independent of the platform, and it should seamlessly "follow" the clinician moving from patient to patient and from one support tool to another.
