Public consultations on the revision of Policy 31: Policy on animals used in research and teaching
Purpose of the consultation
Since the existing Policy, dated November 1997, no longer meets federal standards, a committee was recently formed to review Policy 31 in order to conform to new requirements and align it with best practices. The final draft of the updated Policy is now available online for the purpose of obtaining the views of interested parties by September 10, 2012.
