Submission dates
The application for ethical approval is to be received by the first three working days of the month(September to May: from 8:45 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. / June & August: 8:45 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.).
The Research ethics boards meet every month except during the month of July.

Application forms
Instructions for the new submission form : The new form is in PDF format. To avoid technical issues, please ensure you download the latest version of Adobe Acrobat. You can save the form and spell checking is possible but only in the language in which Acrobat was downloaded. NB: You must still provide the required number of copies of the form, duly signed, in order to complete your submission.
