Distinguished Visiting Researcher Program
The competition for the 2013-14 period is now closed. A new round will be announced in Fall 2013 for the 2014-2015 period.
The Distinguished Visiting Researchers Program (DVRP) aims to foster collaborations and partnerships between internationally recognized researchers and University of Ottawa researchers, to enrich the research experience of students by giving them the opportunity to meet and work with top leading researchers, and to increase the visibility of the University of Ottawa in the international research community.
The DVRP offers funding for researchers to visit the University of Ottawa for periods varying between two and six weeks. The program provides up to $7,500 per visiting researcher and will fund, depending on the number of requests, six or seven visits.
Interested faculty members should contact their Faculty Research Facilitator.
The submission deadline for propositions is April 17th, 2013 at 17h00.
