Call for nominations for the International Research Acceleration Program – 2012-14
The International Research Acceleration Program (IRAP) is an internal seed funding program aiming to help University of Ottawa researchers establish long-term, externally funded international research collaborations in those designated priority countries where the Office of the Vice-President, Research, wishes to develop and strengthen research ties and partnerships: Brazil, China, France, Germany, India, Japan and Taiwan..
The program supports projects that will enhance the University’s competitiveness to attract downstream funding as well as sustain and expand collaborations and partnerships on a larger scale, beyond the duration of the Program. IRAP provides up to $20,000 in seed funding per project for a period of up to two years. Depending on requests for funding and needs, eight and ten grants will be awarded.
Deadline for submitting a proposal has been extended to May 22nd 2012 at 5:00 pm.
